  • Scott, the owner, or manager, or whatever he calls himself, is the worst person that I've ever had to deal with in a customer service position. I took my dog in, & while trying to get my him trimmed, he showed me just how he runs his business. He was rude, dismissive, arrogant, short with me, nasty, & out of line. He wouldn't answer simple questions, & was extremely snarky. He couldn't see it, but the way he talked to me embarrassed his staff. I saw their faces as he rudely interacted with me. He ended up refusing service, & handed my dog back to me, telling me to leave, so I did. The place was dirty, & looked like a dog sweat shop. There are random loose dogs running all around the place. Nobody should be treated the way I was by this guy. He exhibits terrible customer service, terrible manners, he's extremely rude, & nasty. I've read countless reviews that also reflect this same review. Take that into account if you want to use this business for your animal. Scott needs to take a good look at his arrogant attitude, & check himself. Not only will I never ever come to this business again, I'll tell anyone that I know about it. The best thing that can happen to them, for the pets sake, is for them to go out of business.
