  • If I could rate no stars I would. This place is awful. When I first moved to this community back in 2015 everything this was fine maybe it was a front to get my money. The new leasing agent Cassandra is awful. She is beyond rude. Management really need to re-evaluate who they hire. The community grounds are filthy it's like walking around at the city dump. Trash is just laying everywhere for weeks at a time. The breeze way always have trash on the grounds and no one bothers to pick it up which is disgusting. I can literly go back to my old apartment and see the same dirty black sock still laying on the steps to reach my apartment. These apartments are made very poorly and things break down all the time. Maintenance is a joke. It takes forever and a day for maintenence to fix anything. The rates are going up and for what?? This place is a total dump. I can now agree to the statement " you get what you pay".
