  • I never had a chance to utilize Coit tile cleaning services, since they did not bother to show up. I confirmed my appointment two days prior, took a day off of work, placed my dogs in daycare and moved my belongings in preparation for my 9-11am appt. 11am rolls around and I call Coit to see where the techs were and received the lame excuse that the truck broke down. Of course I would not have gotten that had I not called. I was then told a tech would get there today. I call again 2 hours later and was told the same thing initially. Then finally an honest answer they just would not be coming as scheduled. Awful Awful Awful service.
