Stopped by Wok N Roll yesterday at Walnut Wednesday and I ordered the poutine. After waiting a bit, I was served a good portion of the dish. It was somewhat flavorful and I liked the red sauce they put on it, but it wasn't a "knock-my-socks-off" dish. I probably won't order it again. Since this is currently the best food truck in Cleveland, I expected more. There wasn't any Asian flavor in the dish. It wasn't spicy or anything. In fact, I would venture to say that it was bland. My co-worker ordered the Yunnanese Noodles and he didn't have a strong opinion on the flavors. I would still like to try the banh mi in the search for great flavor, but I don't expect to find it here.
The quality of the food was very good as was the texture, but I was surprised by the lack of flavor.
