  • I do not recommend this entire facility. From my first phone call the young lady answers the phone, "hello" not mentioning the doctor or even the facility? It just got worse from that point. Very rude staff, saying "we dont want your business anyway" i have insurance and to say that to any patient/customer just shows you what they think of their average patient! DO NOT go to Digestive Disease Specialists! I told the office manager Anna that i was insulted by the way i was talked to. And she told me "we didn't insult you." I said how can you tell over a phone conversation that you didn't insult me. You know my feelings? She then said "we don't want your business so you can pick up your f ing papers anytime today or they will be thrown away at the end of the day. Michael S. Zimmerman was the doctor & im sure he is an awful doctor as is his entire staff. There are many choices here in Las Vegas for a good doctor & staff. I warn anyone that takes time to read this to take my word or see for yourself. God bless.
