  • My spring broke on a Sunday. I spoke to the on-call person from another well-known company who obviously didn't want to be bothered with coming to my house to fix it, who said he would charge me a trip charge, and double time for coming out on a Sunday. He suggested I call back on Monday, and "maybe they could fit me in" the same day. A1 came out, didn't charge a trip charge or weekend rates, gave me a coupon, tuned my whole system for free, and was done in an hour. They have a loyal customer for life now.
