Have been a customer with Lowes for many years. Although had problems with their appliance delivery before but dared to buy a new refrigerator. After five different automated calls advising the driver would be at the property in 10 to 30 min and failed to show up and blamed me for not being on site on 5 different days i gave up on the hope and asked the store to cancel my order. My advise to Lowes before contracting with junky third party carriers like DSI LOGISTICS whose drivers don't even speak english, is with every encounter like this you will loose another client to Home-depot who delivered the same refer for the same price in a day with one normal coordinated attempt. Good luck with your competition in todays online shopping market, no wonder you have to search employees for hours and chase them down the isles at Lowes to ask a question.
