I would say that at the first sight this apartment complex was a beauty. I think it still is beautiful but the apartment its self is built extremely cheap. After living in the apartment for 6-7 months I would say everything that was used in this apartment was base line. The attention to detail in the bathrooms and kitchen was a bit appalling to say the least. Caulking and plaster was everywhere, lines not straight, glue stuck on my mirrors and paint still wet (that was cause my apartment was not ready for move in but they "forgot" to contact me and let me know). I was disappointed with the dog park, it is not very well maintained and was a bit lackluster. I am grateful to have one and it was a big part why I picked this apartment along with the location. The management I have to say has grown leaps and bounds from when I moved it. They now are quick return emails and are willing to listen and I think they are trying their best to make this apartment complex a decent place to live. As for the luxury living brand they are claiming I would not agree. Luxury to me is not the flashy parties and the decor it is in the quality of the apartments and the way things are dealt with. I think they will have a big problem with keeping residents especially since so many luxury apartments are being built right next to them. I will not probably move literally cause moving is such a pain in the butt I don't want to do it. If prices go up I will move because even what I am paying now I would say is too much for what you get here. Over all the apartment is nice but built cheap and in my opinion not a luxury built complex.
