  • Dr Nelson is wonderful!! My children have been coming here for over 2 years! Today... When I show up.. They tell me I need a referral. Same insurance the whole time!! Made this appointment months ago!! I call my pediatrician to get a referral and they agree to send it but they FRONT DESK AT THE EYE CLINIC DOESNT ANSWER ITS FAXES!!!! what??!! Demand a referral then don't have the fax set up?! This experience has made me so mad I went from a loyal patient to finding another doctor. I hope Dr Nelson realizes that her front desk workers are killing her practice.
