rev:text	Had a longstanding service agreement with another company, and on their last visit the blower motor coincidentally went out. They tried to sell me a new A/C unit (for more than $7k). Thinking that I was getting conned by this other company, I called Alan to get a second opinion on the unit. He came out promptly, and fixed my unit for $90 in less than an hour. The service was prompt and on time, and he saved me a fortune. Thank you Alan for being awesome and honest.
