  • This is an update. You're response is not factual and it makes this issue worse. The expected gaps were small and i chose inside mount based on your prior installation. Each panel is 2 inches narrower than window opening. I signed off with indication that i would get back to you the following week about the tracks you tried to sell me to cover the gaps. Of course i now regret paying off because I called your sales rep and sent emails the next couple DAYS, not Weeks. You cashed the money and NEVER returned calls, text, email or responded to my formal letter with pictures showing evidence of a panel being shorter than its roll. This is the first contact from you since install 2 month ago (4/13/18)...
