  • I found this place here on yelp because I needed a cv axel and shocks. I wasn't happy with the place that diagnosed these problems so I decided to give Dave's a try. When I called I spoke with Ken. He seemed nice enough. He said the work would cost about $500 and take around 3 hrs. He suggested I drop off the van in the morning and pick it up when it was done so I wouldn't have to wait. So I dropped it off at 8. It took all day but that wasn't a problem. I was just happy it could be completed same day. He called in the day to say the shocks cost more than he thought and it would be $659. When I told him that was a little much for me as the other place was quoting $700 but that was including balance, he knocked the price down. It ended up being $600 even which I was ok with. Overall i thought it was a good experience. Ken seems like a nice guy. I appreciate that he helped me out of the price. I would come here again if my car needs something.
