First off let me say this, if I could give negative stars I 1000% would.
By far the worst customer service experience I ever experienced (asides for the receptionist) she doesn't do much but she was the only nice one but thats probably because there was nothing she could actually do.
Anyhow I purchased a groupon for the angel lashes for $29 good deal right? So when coming in automatically they started telling me that the angel is really not that great and is the cluster lashes so when they do fall out their will be gaps between my lashes. So unappealing. So of course they got me.
Why sell the angel then? I'll tell you why. Simple sales tactic so that you can upgrade you to pay $20 more to install their sexy lashes which are individual lashes (one by one instead of clusters). Sales tactic-It works! Good job lash lounge. I'm sure you will profit a lot from that :)
So after finishing up I was actually happy with how it turned out. So I tipped $10 so my total bill came up to around $60
Fast forward to 4 days later- I have pretty much lost more than half of my lashes but get this, the angel lashes they swore were so bad and will fall out in clusters and create gaps in my eyes are the ones they installed!! So why did I pay $20??? I called right away and the receptionist told me to come in.
30 minutes later I arrived, oh yes hunnnny I brought the lashes. One of the technicians laughed and said "sorry no one has ever done that before"
Well I don't believe that but their is a first for everything and as a technician I find it embarrassing that she would find that funny. Time for a new career :(
(please check previous yelpers reviews!! And I'm not talking about the 5 stars probably done by the technicians friends that wrote reviews for them.)
They had not remorse! no apologies as to why the clusters was put on my lashes when I paid for the individuals. All they said was you can't have your tip back or the refund for groupon. She then started speaking another language (I think chinese) to the tech that installed my lashes. Probably saying "this is what happens when you do lazy half ass work" They refunded me my $20 upgrade so that I can just leave without any other customers hearing me.
I mean the proof was infront of them cluster lashes when I PAID FOR INDIVIDUALS. How crooked!
If this happens to you-
CALL GROUPON!!! don't listen to them! I called explained my awful awful experience and got refunded immediately!
Conclusion is- I would never recommend these services or these people to anyone.
