We recently dined at Binkley's for the first time recently. I would say that this is a foodie's delight! It's best to order the tasting menu (4, 5 or 6 course), paired with the wine. Depending on what you order for each course, the sommelier chooses the wine to match. My sister and I both ordered the 4 course tasting menu, but ordered different courses so that we had even more opportunities for tasting. In between courses, the waiter also will bring out additional little "tastes", so you are constantly entertained with a steady stream of food. Service was great and attentive. They even called the next day to see how our meal was. It's a rather pricey restaurant, but worth it. This wasn't a meal but an event. We dined for about 3 hours at a leisurely pace and didn't even realize how much time had passed. Definitely a place to go for a special occasion.
