  • My girlfriend and I made an appointment for 4pm for gel fills and gel pedis. We walked in the door and weren't even acknowledged. We sat there about 20 minutes before we asked what was going on. They said couple more minutes. So, 45 minutes after we walk in the door I ask her again what the problem is because we had appointments. She sits me in a pedicure chair, with the water in it. She comes over 20 minutes later asking why I took my feet out. Uhmmm, because the water is cold now!? They bring my girlfriend over to the chair next to me. My massage chair was broken (that's kinda the reason you get a pedi, right?). In the middle of my pedicure, feet wet, she moves chair as if they don't know the chair was broken. During all this, a lady storms out because she also had an appt and they did the same thing to her (put her in a chair and told her to wait). I had a crack on my toe nail, which normally I get acrylic over but she insisted she glued it for my gel French pedi. The crack came through the next day! Left toe has previous acrylic on it (the yellow) that should have been taken off and redone. Ridiculous to spend $45 on something that's not done right. My nails came out decent, except it looked like I needed a fill right after they were done. I will not be going back. They are purely lazy! Do not care about the outcome or getting return clients.
