Strange business. Sells meat by the lb. but not ribs by the rack, have to buy a meal. Sides are sized small or tiny. Can't get pint or quart size for party, have buy lots of small or tiny. Sauce is in 2oz mini selfserve self-fill containers, asked for a couple of tiny sides containers for sauce was told against the rules. Thank goodness for a sympathetic cashier who relented.
Sides were non-descript, ribs and brisket were dry, no moisture at all. Even with sauce both were disappointing.
It was expensive, didn't offer platter for parties or families. And was expensive for so so BBQ.
Seems the only decent place in Vegas for BBQ is Roadkill Grill.
