Had to take my Jeep in for manufacturer extended warranty on parts and labor work. I needed four new window lift plates put in. I dealt with Nate Plemons in Service department. He admitted that they had had 3 techs call in and were trying to do what they could. He said he would get it inspected and go from there. In the end they had all the parts and started in on it...I was hoping for two windows to get done but they got all four done, removed all the tape residue on my glass, washed my car and I was on my way.
Also in all this I realized I ended up at the wrong Chapmans for service and they took me in anyway and completed all the warranty work. A+++++ for above and beyond!
The service lounge is huge...two different areas you can sit in, crackers, muffins, bagels, donuts, and fresh fruit laid out for you to snack on. Also a free coffee machine to use.
While I was waiting for my Jeep I started walking the new car's, I was greeted by Debra Marar. She was very kind and showed me everything they had to offer in what I was looking at even though she knew I was "just looking."
The only draw back I saw here was the lot is actually fairly small. Making the vehicle selection a little smaller. They seem to put alot of options on quite a few vehicles leaving fewer and fewer available in that mid-range class you might be looking for....
So this would be a 5 star but since I was walking the lot for hours while waiting and saw how beefy they got with several vehicles I am giving it 4 stars because in today's economy your probably looking for more options in the mid-range. IMHO.
