Since there are so few really good places to eat in the South Hills, we've really tried to like BRGR. But, if you're a restaurant that specializes in burgers and you can't manage to cook them to order and get them to the diner hot, then why bother? My burger has rarely come out the way I ordered it and the last couple times, the burger has been room temp. Eww! We were there this past Sunday night. It was not crowded when we arrived but the patio filled up quickly. There was only one server and he was definitely in the weeds. In my opinion, it is his job to let his manager know this and it is her job to fix it. My husband ordered a second beer which never arrived. The manager reduced our bill, but that didn't make the meal any more enjoyable, just cheaper. I think we've given BRGR plenty of opportunity to prove itself, so we'll just stick to Burgatory or Bubba's Gourmet Burghers in Bridgeville.
