  • Just moved in a few weeks ago. They were supposed to email us to set up an account to pay rent (if you pay with check there are additional fees). It's 3 days before rent is due and still no email and office is closed. They said they would fixe broken showers, smoke detectors, and broken fence the week we moved in and still haven't even contacted us to arrange a time... this is probably the worst service ever I'm not sure why anyone would want to pay these people to maintain. Their home because your home won't be maintained and for renters you won't get anything fixed... this is disappointing because our relator was very nice and we really like the house.
