I've worked with them three times by no choice of my own as I am in a rental property.
The owner of Monument seems like a competent person, but his employee, Jason is a mess. He doesn't consistently respond to emails when he asks that you contact him that way. Shows up without making an appointment. Shows up late, like hours late. He also managed to completely forget one appointment all together. Finally, based on two judgements he made about repairs, I also don't trust that he knows what he's doing.
