  • I have been going to Jiffy Lube, this location, since I moved to the southwest part of Vegas which has been 10 years. I picked this company due to the BBB ratings it received. I just visited tonight due to my low tire pressure alert coming on. They were pleasant, helpful and just really reminded me why I came to them. I came in about a month ago, oil change not due until 35000 miles, I was at 33000, I pulled in, they came and told me I wasn't due yet and it was ok for the car. They proceeded to top off my fluids and away I went. No charge. Now that is old style customer service that you don't see anymore. Please keep up the good work. I also visit the Tropicana and Ft Apache location only because this location doesn't rotate tires. :)
