  • Went to Famous Footwear so we could take advantage of their BOGO deal. We were pretty excited to get my daughter some running shoes for a good price. The first employee who approached us was so nice and helpful! Things took a turn when another employee butt in. The woman could have been the manager but I'm not 100% about that. So this second employee kept watching us while we were shopping which made me feel so uncomfortable! She then asked if we needed help so I asked a quick question...When she answered she talked to me as if I couldn't comprehend what she was saying! Like seriously?? As time went on she kept on watching and watching us. Which makes me wonder if I look like a thief or something! So I couldn't find the shoe in the right size and asked if she could find the shoe at another location. She said no prob and went on her little ipad. Next thing I know she's assisting another customer and doesn't say a word to me. I ask if it's good to go and she basically gives me a thumbs up and a nod. Ok...I guess we can head over to the other store right?? Well I get to the other location and guess what!? NO SHOE WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR US! Wow! It's all good though! I'll just spend the extra couple of dollars at Nike! Done with this store!
