My favorite thing about this place is the overwhelmingly sweet smell of freshly baked bread once you walk through the door.
My second favorite thing is the bread. It tastes as good as it smells. The crust is perfect, while the center is nice and soft. I always opt for sourdough loaves when I come here and the taste is always consistent and sour enough for my liking.
As for pricing, this place is SO affordable. Most loaves on average are $3 and they have a discount section of day old bread for $1.69. I picked up a bag of six large pretzel buns and they were still amazing and soft despite being a day old.
They also have pastries, muffins, cakes, and bagels. The sweets are by no means decadent, but does it really matter in a place like this? What matters is the taste and the muffins and pound cake taste pretty damn good for the price. They also have fresh pasta to satisfy all your carb needs ~
Lastly, they have a $5 minimum for debit and credit cards. Bring cash if you only plan on buying one loaf.
