  • I've been going to Phipps since I was a young kid, over 17 years. It continues to impress, even in the coldest of months, with it's stunning floral arrangements. Phipps is a great family outing and perfect in the evenings, especially during their holiday displays, for a romantic date. I've been the past two years to their winter showings which are visually stunning and made perfect dates with my partner. My inner child was really excited to visit the gift shop, where I bought the cutest stuffed animal frog. I'd recommend Phipps to anybody who's looking to have a good, relaxing time. If you're a local college students (Sadly, except Duquesne), you get in for free!
