  • If you want to shop at Saba's go to the one in Arrowhead. The two ladies (younger girl and older woman) who work at the location on Carefree Highway have no customer service skills and are very rude. I went in to look for a new pair of boots and asked if they had a specific brand that the chain's like Boot Barn and Shepler's do not carry. I was berated by both of them saying that they had never heard of the brand and if I was going to waste their time I might as well leave. I had my grandfather with me on the trip to the Cave Creek location, and while I was looking at boots he was in the hat section (looking only-at straw hats), the older lady told him not to touch or try on any hats unless he was going to buy. I will never return to this location and hope that other's do not experience the same customer service that I did.
