  • We are Audi owners and fans, and I am writing this review to give the dealer and Will Wentzel (service consultant) and his colleagues a big round of applause for the incredible service. We don't live in Madison, and our experience with the two Audi dealers where we live has been ok but nothing like this. Everyone went out of their way to help us while we needed a new headlight during a road trip. From the speedy help to the free snacks and beverages to the friendly Midwestern vibe, it was an experience we would love to see every Audi dealer replicate. Bravo!
