  • Is there a way to give less stars??? Went to the tire shop, needed to have an tire replaced. Long story short, the customer has to find each different person in the store to do a specific task. Why do I need to find 3 different people to have a tire replaced? Than was asked, do I know how long the wait is, and told how many cars were in front of me and what services were being done? Maybe if they weren't playing hide and go seek, and would work on the cars and had people in the stations to do their tasks. People like me wouldn't walk out of this store!!!
