  • Manager did not honor gift card issued from the same store. I returned items with receipt within ten days. Manager accepted returns and issued me a merch card. I had to leave my name and fill out personal info. Was not provided a receipt for the merch card. She took it with her. I took the original receipt home. Few weeks later went in to use up the card... Guess what it didn't go through. Swipe! Error. Manager asked me to provide her a receipt. She couldn't release the merchandise until I provided a receipt. The one that the other manager took with her? Ummm... So I came home and fished out the original receipt out of the archive bin, But there is no indication that I have been given a gift card for the amount refunded. So I and am very disappointed. I lost my money and my products to this store. Sigh. Very frustrating. I should be a receipt Nazi next time
