rev:text	I lived here in a tiny, expensive apt. for 1 yr. The only thing good about it was that it was remodeled and there is a nice park across the street (which you pay to use). The office staff are nice and maintenance requests are usually done the same day.day. The ceiling Air conditioner in the hallway is very loud. The parking lot was very loud and loud neighbors that come home late at night. Partying tenants are loud on the week-ends. They have a very bad sewer coach roach problem there. I was advised to keep my drains closed and pour bleach down hem once a week. I had SO many problems there I don't even know where to start! A new oven glass door exploded when I was cooking dinner and glass went everywhere. Maintenance did come right over and clean it up though. Neighbors had a fight at midnight outside my bedroom window. The pilot light went out twice on the mini water heater in the storage until so they put in a new thermostats. Surprise! when I got home from being on vacation for 2 weeks, the water heater had all leaked out and everything in my storage was ruined. They told ME to call my insurance. Also, the garbage men come every Mon. Wed., and Fri. anywhere from 6 AM to 7 AM and it sounds like an explosion. The yard people start with their blowers every Wed. at 7 AM. Last but not least, at 10:00 PM one night I heard a loud boom and I went out side to see what it was. A tenant had driven his car from his parking spot up on the over the curb l and hit my neighbors patio. Next thing I know, the Gilbert police were at my door wanting to know if my neighbors up and down were home. So I went outside to talk to them and my neighbors patio was totatly destroyed and the foundation too the bldg. was cracked. They finally fixed it right before her and I both moved out. If you want a nice, quite place to live DO NOT move here!!
