  • HORRIBLE! I found them on Craigslist as I was trying to save some money on my move. Please tell me how they ended up charging me MORE than other companies at higher rates?! First of all, they were an hour late. Ok, no big deal. Then, they did not wrap any of my furniture as every other movers I have hired have. THEY DIDN'T MOVE ALL MY STUFF! Told me I had too much stuff for a 2 bedroom apartment. They didn't have enough room in their truck, so they packed my car full (no problem), but they left a ton of stuff that I had to then figure out how to move myself. As a single mom with a small car and a busy schedule. They made my move even more stressful than it already was. Now I had to spend several days moving the rest of my stuff. When they told me the total, $560 I was shocked. HOW? It took them 4 hours total, across town. I understand the trip fee, gas and insurance. He told me they charged me for 6 hours. I again asked how when it only took them 4. He said there is a 3 hour minimum... ok... I still don't understand how they charged me for 6 hours. They charged me a fee for being on the second floor of an apartment. I've never been charged that before. Also he said they charged me to move two TV's. What? So many fees and pricing that made NO sense. I didn't even get a receipt. I shouldn't have paid them, but I was in a hurry and stressed. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!
