  • Arizona Collision Center is by far the best auto shop I have ever been to, and if I could give more than 5 stars I would! The staff here is super friendly and professional, and they legitimately care about you and your car. Seriously, I cannot stress to you enough how amazing the customer service is here! I went in there after my car had been rear ended on the freeway to get an estimate on the repairs, and I showed up without an appointment but they were super nice about it and helped me right away. It only took one glance at my car for Ben to know it was going to totaled by the insurance company, and even though they weren't going to be able to do any repairs on the vehicle, they told me I could leave it there, called me a rental car, and called my insurance to have them come out and take a look. Ben also gave me a ton of great advice on recent repairs I had done to the vehicle prior to the accident, and they kept called me right away once the adjuster came out and confirmed what they had initially predicted. I honestly wish my car hadn't been totaled simply so I could have my repairs done here, because I am 100% confidant that they would have done an amazing job restoring by car to better than new condition. If I ever have any car troubles at all, I will absolutely come back to Arizona Collision Center and will also be recommending them to my friends and family!
