  • BEDBUGS , BEDBUGS, BEDBUGS!!!! Mentally and physically too much. I lived out of plastic bags and no furniture for the 3 months I was there. I slept on an air mattress as I didn't want to buy a mattress only to have it get infested. I Kept getting bitten even after the extermination. Three week long process... Not easy. I couldn't take it any more and decided to break the lease due to the infestation, no mercy from Living Well Homes....as a matter of fact they implied I my have brought them in! I asked them to let me break the lease with no penalty. I wasn't getting what was promised to me . This was no way to live. They never even relied to my request. Not even to say "no". I left the apartment clean as a whistle, I have photos. Now they are now nickle and diming me. Charging me for everything and keeping my security deposit +. They even have the nerve to charge me for a post move pest inspection fee! PLEASE do not rent at Spring Apt. or any Living Well Homes property. You will regret it.
