  • I met with Eloff at my home for an appointment on listing my home for sale. I was very impressed that he showed up with his business partner Gary and his assistant Nora. They gave me some honest and direct advice on how to sell my home for top dollar and quickly. I couldn't help but to ask about these 1% agents that are listing homes. He told me just as it is. In this business you get what you pay for. I love that he is a no nonsense type of guy. Needless to say I followed his formula, listed my home on Friday and we had two offers Saturday morning. We closed in less than 30 days and I received slightly over list price. Do yourself a favor and go for the best. You really do get what you pay for in this business. I speak from my own personal experience. They showed me great communication, undisputed customer service and they are experienced professionals. The best!
