Last Saturday, Feb. 4, I went into Target to buy two things and bought five. (That is not the story.) Anyhow, I had forgotten my glasses and was having a difficult time uploading a Cartwheel discount and the cashier, Patty, was quite rude and agitated with me.
When I verbally told her my problem and asked for help she stopped scanning and said it was too late and seemed more agitated.
I kept working, she kept scanning and when I was done she was done with the transaction. She then stated that she would have to cancel the transaction and rescan.
She said it in a way which indicated a touch of contempt. I asked her to do just that since I only had five items. I was surprised that she was so unprofessional. It really surprised me.
