On the evening of 2/23/16, I visited the ticket sales booth at Aria to inquire about tickets for the evening shows. Since it had been quite sometime since I last seen a Cirque show, I had many questions. Although the ticket sales personnel answered all my questions, they appeared cranky and their tone was condescending. I was left with the impression that I was bothering them because they actually had to earn their hourly wage. I hope in the future that these employees learn not to bring their personal problems to work with them and take it out on customers.
