  • I'd give them 0 stars if I could. My experience with the bridal center was TERRIBLE!!! I can not believe they are still in business with the way they treat their PAYING costumers. They are arrogant, rude, and unwilling to even have a conversation with you after you've spent your money. When ordering sizes trust your gut not what they tell you. Once your dress is ordered in the wrong size they will not reorder or pay for the extensive alterations. You'll be stuck with a very expensive gown that you are swimming in with only the option to alter the gown so much it doesn't even look like the same dress. Or if you are lucky they will still you the sample gown worn by how many other women for no discount at all. And then when you try to get a manager on the phone they will hang up on you. WOW! Great business ethic. Good thing I do wedding hair for a living so I can spread the word.
