  • I am here again. Trying to see my grandmother. Because of the younger children we have to wait for her to be wheeled out to see the kids. Because I have had with the staff here, my sister spoke with the lady upfront. We get attitude for having the kids in the lobby. Then ask for her to wheeled out. After sitting in front of the front desk lady for 20 minutes... My sister goes up and asks what's going on. "I forgot... I am very busy!" I work for a high volume derm office, that isn't busy... This place needs to get a couple of walk through from some higher ups!!! Ohh and not to mention... They made her an appt to an orthopedic that doesn't take her insurance... Healthcare professionals should know better.
