| - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I am a 24 year old business owner living in Las Vegas. I frequent this mall quite often and had been looking for a new handbag for my significant other. You would think that a very nicely dressed business man [wearing a watch worth well over $20k] would at least be approached by a customer service rep. 4 days in a row I went in looking at handbags. Chanel, which was my main focus never said one word to me as I picked up, opened, looked at price tags, etc. However, they were very admit about following me very closely. When I confronted the rep and asked why I was being followed, the Chanel representative Jason Priifold said he was only there to help me. Well then why did I get no help when picking up 4, $2000+ handbags? I sent my significant other in to look for herself. One of the cosmetics representatives actually PUT HER HANDS ON MY GIRLFRIEND. Assault? I think so.Thankfully, we found the GM/VP Nancy who did begin to rectify the situation by calling security and disciplined the employee appropriately. I would also like to mention the representative who is a tall slim white male who is always wearing a Dior broach. This is one of the worst sales reps I have ever encountered. Each time I entered the store, he would look the other direction like I did not exist. I was planning on buying a $4000 Chanel bag from this store. However, after so many negative experiences, I will never spend another cent at ANY Neiman Marcus. Do not expect to be helped in this store unless you are carrying a handbag worth over $3000. That is just the way their customer service is, But not how it SHOULD BE considering I have been in the customer service industry for years myself. Refer to Bianca P's review for another honest reviewer.
