Today, I went to buy a base and soil for my plants. I have been living in this area for several years and i've been to this store about 7 years ago and I had a pleasent experience. However today, I had a really poor customer service. I asked the cashier lady I needed soil, and she told me someone is coming to help me shortly so I was waiting for that worker to approach me. 5 minutes passed by, nobody comes to help me. 10 minutes passed by, still no one. So I asked this guy who's been standing in front of me for the whole time when am I getting my soil. His reply was "You didnt show me the receipt." I was not informed by the cashier neither the guy standing in front of me. They need to improve their communication skills for sure. None of the employees smiled or asked me if I needed help finding something. Anyways, I asked the guy to help me carry the big base to my car, only thing he said was "I know" with an attitude when I asked him to put the case up side down. I was so very disappointed with their customer service. I will take my business somewhere else like Lowe's or homedepot from now on. the owner should come in once in awhile to check how they treat their customers.
