rev:text	I went with a friend for a spa day and left delighted and relaxed. On arrival we were warmly greeted and offered tea, water - I asked for water and the only disappointment of the day was that I was given a styrofoam cup of water. I think a glass of iced water with lemon would have been a much better match to the overall decor and feel for the place. Even a chilled water bottle would have been a step up. We were shown to the change rooms and were told the steps to follow in a most helpful way by our attendants. My robe was plush and the slippers provided were clean and comfortable. I was shown to my room for an exfoliating scrub and again my attendant, Pamela, took care to make me feel welcome, helped me to be comfortable and provided excellent service. After a refreshing shower in the first room, Pamela, who had waited outside my door as I showered, showed me to the massage room. The lighting was excellent with soothing music. I was treated to an excellent back massage and full facial including extraction, steam and peel. I had been happy for conversation during the exfoliation treatment but slipped into a silent bliss during the massage and facial. I realized after a time that Pamela was excellent at determining when a client wanted conversation or silence and she adjusted her demeanour perfectly. During the facial Pamela did try to encourage me to try an eye cream product but wasn't pushy at all. I was asked on my way out if I was interested but a simple no thank you was all that was needed. I would recommend this spa and treatment to anyone. I praise Pamela for her professionalism and ability to respond to a clients level of comfort and conversation needs.
