  • My mom went here today after being referred by her friends. Kevin was one of the rudest nail techs she had ever come in contact with. My mom has had acrylics for years- when she went into the salon Kevin mentioned that it would be the same price if he removed them and placed a new set on. Well once he took them off he began doing just a basic gel manicure- which is not what she wanted. When she corrected him, he got really short with her and said "you said you had gel, we don't do powder here." Well sir, you obviously took her acrylics off- so no she didn't have gel. He then decides to tell her that she shouldn't do acrylics anymore and instead do gel. Maybe he was having a bad day- but his attitude was definitely inappropriate and unprofessional.
