I needed 4 coil springs for my truck stripped of the OEM powder-coating that was on them so that I could repaint them. I purchased some paint stripper and tried to do it myself but when I started to see, and smell, the toxic mess that it was making at my home, I quit doing it myself and I found Xpress Metal Cleaning. I stopped by their shop (located just east of the PHX airport) for a quote (had springs with me) and the price was really reasonable so they got the business. They said the parts would be done by noon the next day and before noon the next day the owner (I believe her name is Virginia) called to let me know they were done. I went to get them and I was very happy with the quality of the clean. They explained to me that they coat the metal with a rust preventer that lasts about a week and can easily be wiped off with a general purpose paint thinner or the like. I am very happy with the service and the price I paid and I would use them again w/o question for more metal cleaning projects that I need help with. It's a very busy family owned and operated shop with cars and trucks coming and going dropping off parts so I was surprised to see so few reviews. I am sure that over time the positive feedback's will start to roll-in.
