  • When you have an urgent care practically in your backyard, you feel like you're gonna die but not really, you're dealing with something not emergency room status, and its with your vicinity...this place is it. Upon entrance I was immediately greeted. Very friendly and welcoming. It was a Sunday and it was dead slow I was the only one in the waiting room. I didn't wait too long as the doctor had just finished up with the last patient. You have to pay your co-pay upfront and they do accept cash. However, I had Ben with me and they didn't have change for it. Instead of turning me down and making me walk to break change...the young lady asked the young gentleman working with her if he could break my 100 for me because she clearly knew I wasn't well. I though that was very thoughtful. Some people can be so cut throat these days. When the boy left he walked to jack in the box to break change...and for a moment I thought, I can't believe a stranger is walking out with my benjamin. Good thing his job is worth way more than running off with it. Trust issue over and out. Fast forward, I got into a room...waited...doc finally comes in. Asks wha..the..pahlimb...izzz?! Well not like that, but just pretend he did. Gave him the run down with what voice I had. Got my diagnosis, got my prescription, was well informed about the usage of the medication, and overall didn't feel like he was rushing me out the door. He certainly took his time and felt like he cared. Most insurances when it comes to emergency or urgent care will have a higher copay. So don't expect a typical doctor visit copay. I'd certainly recommend coming in for your urgent care needs. They aren't 24hrs, however, and there are many other urgent cares as you go up. But if this is within your distance...go for it. Keep the kids and stroller at home if you can! Nothing like taking your healthy minions into a place where people come in for URGENT care. Get well soon!
