| - Another review for Sweet Mountain Air that was referred to us by AHS Home Warranty. Our A/C went out on Saturday night, I requested service through AHS and hoped I would get someone who was open 24/7 to come out and fix it that night or at least first thing in the morning (it was 112 that day). Unfortunately, that didn't happen. I got a robo call from Sweet Mountain Air at 8 am on Sunday saying they had received the service request and someone would be calling me shortly to schedule an appointment time. Well, Sunday was Father's Day and I never received a call from them until Monday morning. While I waited on Sunday to hear from them, I researched the company on Yelp, Manta, BBB, YP and any other review I could find. I was disappointed to see the lack of positive reviews for him and started to worry that this was going to be a horrible experience like the other reviewers had posted. When he did call on Monday morning, he said he would be available that evening between 4-8, so I said that was fine because my wife would be there to meet him. He arrived at about 5 pm, my wife said he was polite and was able to diagnose and fix the problem within 25 minutes (capacitor). As he was finishing up, he mentioned that he was on Yelp and other review sites and that there are some negative reviews on there. He said it was a problem with being a 'one man show' and he wasn't able to keep up with demand at times. I'm happy to say that my experience turned out to be a positive one and I would probably use him again if need be in the future.
4 stars for the false hope on Sunday that someone would be calling me 'shortly' to schedule an appointment.
