  • This restaurant was introduced to me via Steve Wynn. No, not in real life. You know those annoying segments that repeat over and over on the TV in the room about the hotel and the restaurants and such? Those things can be really convincing! The biggest claim to fame of this restaurant was a meat cutter that is over a hundred years old. I am a huge huge huge fan of prosciutto so I had to try it. They serve it with this amazing baked pear which makes it 100x better - yummmmm. Imagine the saltiness of the meat with the sweetness of the pear.....YUMMMM!!!!!! Anyways, I had literally 4 orders of the prosciutto and my boyfriend had the steak. He said it was really good as well but I was busy stuffing my face with cured meat so I don't really remember how happy he was about the meal.
