  • The car was good, the price was good, the guys in the office were good. However, there were only two of them trying to check people in/out, the phones were ringing off the hook, it took forever to get out of there. It was so crazy, the guy made a mistake but he caught it and then it took longer to fix that. I was then charged my deposit of $60 beforehand and then charged for the full price of the rental. When I caught it, I called and they fixed it right away. The staff were good but they really needed one more person to make it go smoothly. I will definitely rent from here again because it was affordable, convenient to where I live and they did the best they could.
