  • I'm here on a Sunday morning. Yeah a little early for me to be drinking, only had 1-pint of Guinness- ach, loves me Mother's Milk... Anyway they throw down the best Sunday breakfast for only $4!!! I mean a cheese omelette, good toast, I don't know, 4-5 strips of bacon? And 2- links of maple breakfast sausage and home fries! Really good! This is in a turn-of-the century refurbished house in the nice historical district behind the Science Center. Not a huge place, bar seating on 2-sides, table seating on 2-sides, a billiard room and plenty of porch and outdoor seating. Rose & Crown are modeled after an English pub, supports the Liverpool Futball Club and has large tv screens for sports. The music system played 60's rock- sang along to every song. The Rose & Crown is a loverly downtown pub not to be missed
