I saw my dream car on Ebay that was for sale at JBA Motors. I immediately called and surprisingly the phone was answered by Jake... the owner of the dealership. I told him which car I was interested in and thankfully was told it was available. I couldn't make it in till later that evening and was told "no problem...I'll wait for you". That someone was willing to do this off of a phone call is my idea of customer service!
Showing up later as planned I was again surprised to be actually met by Jake and not an employee made to wait late. We sat in the lobby and talked for around 30 minutes about cars until finally he said let's go and see why you're here. Walking out to the garage he had the car staged exactly right there outside the door. It was exactly as it should have been. After a few formalities were done into the car I went for my drive. I admittedly took longer than I probably should have but when I returned I was greeted with smiles and zero attitude.
Long story short.....we sat in his office and made the deal. The next day I Uber'd over to JBA and drove home my dream 458. There is not a single thing that could have been done that wasn't. Every question I had was answered.....every worry was solved.
All I can say is Thanks Jake........what a pleasure doing business with you and your company!
