  • I have the give them five stars because they were great too me Sunday night. Short story( needed to fly out to see my dad because he is in hospice) of course my wits about me were gone at this point. They checked me in told me were to go. Third floor in k-19, well I went to third floor and saw car flashing lights (it was a Hyundai) but I got slot k-13. It was a Hyundai as well. When I went to leave the parking garage I realized my mistake. He said no problem and he could switch them in the system. He said jokingly " if I was in a mustang that would have been a different story. Lol I just want to say their customer service was excellent on Sunday. They were also excellent today when I returned. I will use them again.
