  • I would avoid renting anything from destination, deceiving business practices, hidden fees makes for a bad experience. We rented Kayak's and brought one of our own (which was good considering they were out of kayaks). After a few hours on the lake we returned to pay for the kayak rental only to be charged an additional full rental fee for our personal kayak!!! No forewarning that a charge would be incurred for bringing your own kayak, no signs indicating a charge, nothing! If you charge for personal Kayaks then you should let the consumer know before launching that kayak from your property. Deception does not make for good business.
